Juniper Smoked
Newfoundland Salt Company’s juniper smoked finishing sea salt* is smoked for a minimum of 8 hours using only low lying juniper bush which gives an aromatic and sappy smoke flavour.
How to use:
Use it to finish meat, fish, game, tofu, eggs, cheese-based pasta dishes, or to enhance BBQ and other sauces.
Green Alter
Newfoundland Salt Company’s green alder finishing sea salt* is flavoured from the flower buds we pick from alder trees and then combined with our regular sea salt. This finishing salt has floral, earthy notes and hints of citrus.
How to use:
Use it to finish chicken, fish, pork, roasted vegetables and green salads.
