Orders & Shipping
Reserve Online is how our online shop operates currently. You purchase any of the items we currently have available in our online shop and make payment via PayPal (credit card or direct from your bank account). Once we receive your order, you’ll be sent a confirmation email. Your item will be held for up to 14 days at the shop for pick up.
We do offer shipping for some items we have available at the shop. Currently we do not offer this option on our website. If you are looking for something specific and want it mailed to you, please contact the store directly to discuss.
Most orders will be processed first thing in the morning when we open, but things can get hectic at times. Because of this, orders made cannot be picked up until 48 hours after purchase. This allows us ample time to pull your items from our inventory. Please remember to adhere to our business hours, as we are closed Sunday & Monday. Because of this, orders placed Saturday thru Monday will be available for pick up beginning Wednesday.
From time to time we will offer popular and/or quick to sell out items that we have on order available as a pre-sale on our website. Customers will order and pre-pay for the item, and we will let you know via email when the order has arrived and your item(s) are available for store pick up.
Arrangements are florist choice of design. If you would like certain flowers or colors used, please make note in the comment section at check out. Please note that arrangements are subject to flower availability – not all flowers are available at all times.
** The Grapevine is CLOSED Sundays & Mondays. Orders placed Saturday thru Monday will be available for pick up the following Tuesday for PM Pick Up.
